Medical Liaison

Location: United States; field territory covering Illinois, Missouri, and Kansas. The role requires 50–75% overnight travel and a valid driver's license.

Salary: $116,820–$216,100 base range for the Medical Liaison level; $148,290–$259,510 for the Senior Medical Liaison level. Bonus eligibility, long-term incentive compensation, and company vehicle eligibility may apply depending on level and company factors.

What you will do

• Build scientific relationships with healthcare providers, organized provider networks, academic institutions, and other healthcare organizations.
• Educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, clinical outcomes, medical information, and appropriate product use.
• Coordinate medical education workshops, round tables, medical forums, formulary presentations, and scientific product updates.
• Support clinical trial and study sites through initiation, patient recruitment and retention, investigator education, study completion, and publication activities.
• Collaborate with Medical, Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Government, and Health Economics & Outcomes Research teams.
• Develop medical account and territory plans, manage professional relationships, and adjust territory priorities based on customer needs and analytics.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree required.
• At least two years of experience in a health-related system, pharmaceutical company, or managed care environment.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated business acumen, including experience with formulary process decisions.
• Relevant clinical or therapeutic experience is preferred.
• Availability for 50–75% overnight travel across Illinois, Missouri, and Kansas is required.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record are required.
