Intern - Year Round (Lending Workforce Optimization)

Location: Hybrid in Pensacola, Florida, United States; 5550 Heritage Oaks Dr. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a minimum of 20–25 hours per week based on the school schedule.

Salary: $17.21–$29.76 per hour.

What you will do

• Support the Lending Workforce Management department and contribute to small or larger project components.
• Assist with Lending business strategies and initiatives.
• Conduct research and basic quantitative or qualitative analysis to identify and address operational issues.
• Audit system data and update automated systems supporting forecasting and scheduling.
• Generate and analyze reports, attend cross-department meetings, and document decisions and action items.
• Collaborate with staff at different levels while maintaining professional communication and accurate records.

Requirements

• Must remain enrolled in college-level courses or a degree-seeking program throughout the internship.
• Must be pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Research, analytical, problem-solving, accuracy, attention-to-detail, and time-management skills.
• Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment, adapt to new technologies, and use word-processing and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
