Senior Software Engineer (Go/React)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States

Salary: $156,000–$195,000 base salary per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver full-stack software features across hirify.global products.
• Build data integrations and systems for patient messaging, surveys, device data, and health records.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define requirements, coordinate dependencies, and communicate design decisions.
• Evaluate technical design options and propose effective solutions.
• Develop software using GitHub, Google Cloud, Go, React, and Terraform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of industry software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with React.
• Expertise building software and systems on GCP, AWS, or Azure; GCP is preferred.
• Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go, TypeScript, and/or SQL.
• Experience designing scalable data processing pipelines with BigQuery or other analytics-oriented databases.
• Education or exposure to healthcare or life sciences, especially HL7 FHIR.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
