Ancillary Specialist (Auto Finance)

What you will do

• Review documents and process ancillary product cancellations manually and through systems.
• Communicate with product providers to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely cancellation processing.
• Use third-party total loss portals to submit cancellation requests.
• File GAP claims with the correct provider and follow up with insurance companies for required documentation.
• Conduct audits and analyze reports to verify accurate cancellations and refund applications.
• Support other departments with ancillary product cancellation and reinstatement inquiries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, sales, or retail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and composure in difficult situations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with regular and predictable attendance.
• Availability to work from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
