Title Specialist (Auto Lending)

What you will do

• Identify, sort, and process mail related to automobile liens and secured customer property.
• Answer phone and email inquiries from branch personnel about lien placement and third-party vendor systems.
• Identify anomalies and complex issues, then escalate them for timely resolution.
• Partner with the branch network to improve lien perfection rates on auto-secured loans.
• Coordinate written and verbal communication among centralized sales, underwriting, branch personnel, customers, and vendors.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to review loan and title documents accurately and promptly.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Prior auto titling or lending experience is preferred but not required.
