What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise projects by defining scope, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution across cross-functional teams.
• Establish program governance structures supporting visibility, accountability, and risk management.
• Forecast and monitor project financials and implement corrective actions to maintain performance targets.
• Prepare executive-level updates, stakeholder communications, and decision-support materials.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost while maintaining business and delivery alignment.
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships and identify improvements to processes, delivery models, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience leading complex or enterprise initiatives.
• Project Management Professional certification or equivalent.
• Ability to make timely decisions and balance competing stakeholder needs across teams and functions.
• Experience using project management tools and data to monitor progress and inform decisions.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale or cross-functional programs.
• At least 2 years of experience improving processes or delivery frameworks.
• Experience with data analysis or reporting tools and strategic or enterprise-level initiatives.
