Digital / Principal Product Operations Manager

Location: Remote within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Employees living within 50 miles of a hirify.global campus must work onsite at a campus several times per week. Some business travel may be required.

Salary: $10,589.64–$24,003.18 per month, depending on location.

What you will do

• Define and implement operational strategies for product portfolios and large capability areas.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning products, platforms, and business units.
• Design and scale planning frameworks, readiness checklists, value tracking, and tooling strategies.
• Drive initiative health reviews, delivery metrics, and OKR operating rhythms at portfolio level.
• Partner with senior product and engineering leaders to strengthen accountability and strategic alignment.
• Identify systemic bottlenecks, implement workflow improvements, and mentor Product Operations managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or 9 years of practical experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least five years of experience in product operations, agile portfolio management, or digital delivery leadership.
• Experience leading operations for complex portfolios or high-risk strategic programs.
• Experience leading portfolio planning cycles and managing multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of business value frameworks, initiative scoring, prioritization methods, Agile, SAFe, and enterprise planning tools such as Planview, Jira, and ADO.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.

Nice to have

• Proven experience with organization-wide tooling or process transformation initiatives.
• Experience serving as a subject matter expert and mentor for Product Operations managers and senior managers.
