Land Acquisition Manager - SA, New Braunfels, South Austin

Location: San Antonio, Texas, USA; the role supports the greater San Antonio Division and includes site visits across San Antonio, New Braunfels, and South Austin.

What you will do

• Source and build relationships around residential land and lot acquisition opportunities.
• Lead deal pursuits, including letters of intent, negotiations, and contract reviews.
• Evaluate financial pro formas, market data, competition, and project viability.
• Coordinate assumptions and execution with entitlements, finance, purchasing, legal, and regional leadership teams.
• Conduct site visits and support approvals for new residential communities.
• Help develop short- and long-term land strategies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of residential land acquisition experience.
• Experience managing land acquisition opportunities from sourcing through contract.
• Strong financial, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Working knowledge of zoning, entitlements, and due diligence processes.
• Proficiency with GIS software; knowledge of the Zonda platform is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
