Collections Specialist (Fintech)

Starting pay: $22.00 plus bonus potential

What you will do

• Handle incoming customer calls and emails about billing issues, payments, account status, and service questions.
• Resolve customer escalations by building rapport, listening carefully, and finding creative solutions.
• Assess new-hire performance, support training and development, and set clear expectations.
• Provide real-time coaching, reinforce quality assurance standards, and share best practices with the team.
• Help set and maintain team goals and assist supervisors with elevated operational tasks.

Requirements

• Prior collections experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to business needs.
• Ability to build customer loyalty through listening, relationship building, and professional persuasive communication.
• English is required for communication with staff at hirify.global offices worldwide.
