What you will do

• Identify where you can create the greatest impact across Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Product, Growth, GTM, Operations, Marketing, Talent, or other functions.
• Propose and take ownership of a function, product area, or problem that Hilbert should build or solve.
• Build, change, grow, or ship work that produces measurable outcomes.
• Work across disciplines, functions, and geographies to improve the company and its products.
• Operate independently in ambiguous situations and move quickly without a fully defined playbook.

Requirements

• Track record of exceptional work with clear evidence of what changed as a result.
• Strong ownership beyond formal job boundaries and a focus on outcomes over activity.
• Ability to work effectively across functions and countries.
• High standards, fast execution, and comfort solving problems from first principles.
• When applying, clearly explain what you could own or build, what you have changed or shipped, and where you could have the greatest impact.
