Sales Summer Intern (Packaging)

Location: Plano, TX, United States; customer visits and travel required. The 13-week program runs from May through August and includes a corporate office visit in Lake Forest, Illinois.

Salary: $25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on academic year.

What you will do

• Complete projects across Design, Customer Service, Production, and Sales.
• Learn the packaging business, industry, and sales process.
• Develop communication, presentation, time management, problem-solving, and networking skills.
• Support customer inquiries, new-item requests, lead follow-up, and complaint resolution.
• Build prospect lists and visit customers with experienced Sales Representatives.
• Present a final project to management and fellow interns.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related program and have completed the freshman year.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or customer inquiries simultaneously.
• Must be able to travel and demonstrate maturity and professionalism.
