Service Center Analyst (Healthcare IT)

Location: Remote

Salary: $24.78–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide advanced IT support for clinical and administrative users while maintaining high availability of radiology systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, clinical application, device, and peripheral issues.
• Triage and manage escalated and high-priority incidents in collaboration with cross-functional IT teams.
• Support planned and unplanned downtime operations according to established procedures.
• Document incidents in ServiceNow, communicate updates and resolutions, and contribute to process and knowledge-base improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of healthcare IT experience, including hardware and network support, preferred.
• Experience supporting voice dictation systems such as PowerScribe or Fluency.
• Knowledge of HIS/RIS, PACS, voice recognition systems, DICOM functionality, and radiology workflows.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
