Senior Software Engineer - Backend (Golang)

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain core services and infrastructure for the logistics platform.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to improve reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and engineering teams to deliver features.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices.
• Own projects from concept through production while balancing speed and quality.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Golang or Ruby.
• Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture, distributed systems, and API design.
• Experience working with or migrating from a monolithic architecture.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
