TL;DR
Quality Assurance Lead (eCommerce): Designing and executing end-to-end quality assurance for web content and functionality supporting digital acquisition, revenue, and retention with an accent on content accuracy, responsive compatibility, and usability. Location: 1120 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC, United States. prioritizes hiring talent in the Charlotte area; work arrangements vary by role.

What you will do
- Design and perform end-to-end quality assurance tests for web content and digital functionality.
- Review and validate copy, design, links, dynamic data, coding, versioning, and rendering across devices.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, content authors, copywriters, and designers to identify and resolve quality, compatibility, usability, and deliverability issues.
- Develop and implement quality assurance technologies, standards, and measurement practices.
- Review test plans, determine pass or fail status and issue severity, and track defects, fixes, and progress.
- Identify roadblocks and solutions before launch timelines are affected.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or at least four years of relevant work experience.
- Experience planning and prioritizing work across multiple initiatives.
- Knowledge of quality assurance procedures for web and digital experiences, including AEM content publishing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate complex issues.
Nice to have
- Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Design, Management Information Systems, IT, or a related technology field.
- Experience with eCommerce and digital content publishing.
- Experience with Figma, Jira, Confluence, TestFlight, BrowserStack, and other digital development and QA tools.
- Experience testing responsive web experiences across browsers, devices, and operating systems.
- Strong analytical, research, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
