AI Product Support Specialist

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States; onsite at the Utah headquarters 5 days a week

Salary: Starting at $21.63 per hour

What you will do

• Assist B2B customers with how-to questions and technical troubleshooting.
• Provide timely and accurate support through chat, email, phone, and hirify.global tools.
• Deliver a human-first customer experience and keep customers focused on business growth.
• Become an expert in hirify.global products and customer use cases.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer value and satisfaction beyond basic issue resolution.
• Collaborate with peer teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience supporting multiple online software or SaaS products and/or working in IT.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and operate independently in ambiguous situations.
• Experience navigating multiple support systems such as Salesforce, Twilio, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Service Cloud, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, or Intercom.
• Technical knowledge of phone systems, VoIP, and network connectivity is advantageous.
