Site Activation Specialist (Clinical Research)

Salary: $49,200–$123,000 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Perform feasibility, site identification, site activation, and selected maintenance activities for assigned clinical studies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investigative sites and coordinate with Site Activation Managers, project managers, and other departments.
• Prepare, review, distribute, and track regulatory, contractual, ethics, and study documents.
• Monitor site document completion, approval, execution, and contract finalization.
• Maintain project systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with accurate study information.
• Track and report site performance metrics and establish project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• 1–3 years of clinical research or relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Three years of experience in a healthcare environment or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations, standard operating procedures, project requirements, and contractual or budgetary guidelines.
• Ability to review documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy with moderate supervision.
