Salary: $57,700–$209,800 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Manage patient assessments, vital signs, medical histories, symptoms, treatment procedures, follow-up care, and patient education.
• Support informed consent and re-consent processes, assess patient understanding, and address barriers to effective decision-making.
• Coordinate protocol-required visits, scans, pharmacokinetic or pharmacodynamic assessments, quality-of-life evaluations, and other study events.
• Collaborate with investigators, providers, pharmacy, interdisciplinary teams, and external organizations on patient care and study-drug accountability.
• Monitor treatment adherence, medication use, disease response, symptom management, and potential treatment or dosage modifications.
• Maintain accurate medical records and source documents while ensuring compliance with research, privacy, OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA requirements.

Requirements

• Current BLS and ACLS certification, or certification obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Current Registered Nursing license for the state where the role is based.
• Knowledge of standard research and oncology care practices.
• Ability to follow clinical-trial protocols, institutional policies, and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Strong patient assessment, documentation, communication, coordination, and education skills.
