Relationship Strategist III (Private Banking)

What you will do

• Lead client management activities and execute relationship management plans to acquire and retain private banking clients.
• Manage and grow a book of business through client expansion, proactive prospecting, and external networking.
• Own client communications, identify expansion opportunities, and deliver responsive service aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to assess client needs, develop action plans, and introduce appropriate partner offerings.
• Manage client and business risks, escalate concerns to risk partners, and follow up on introductions and resolutions.
• Maintain accurate relationship administration and execute team processes such as pre-call planning, post-call debriefs, and relationship reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Experience with client relationship management, customer engagement, financial analysis, and identifying sales opportunities.
• Strong decision-making, critical thinking, influencing, value-selling, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in the designated Florida office locations; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
