Senior Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, USA; hybrid with three days per week in the office and up to 30% travel

Salary: $75,800–$170,100 annually, depending on U.S. labor-cost zone and location

What you will do

• Lead material qualifications, manufacturing trials, process changes, and production start-ups.
• Apply experimentation, data analysis, root-cause analysis, and risk assessment to resolve process, material, and product-quality issues.
• Lead small- to medium-sized projects and provide process expertise on larger initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and communicate project status, technical risks, decisions, and next steps.
• Partner with Supply Chain, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, suppliers, and other business stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, data accuracy, operational efficiency, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, product development, technical services, R&D, operations support, or a related technical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Chemical Engineering is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, material qualification, product quality, and process improvement.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including experimentation, root-cause analysis, data interpretation, and risk assessment.
• Strong communication, influencing, project management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with JMP, PLM, ERP, or related data-management systems.
