What you will do

• Perform process simulation in HYSYS and produce process datasheets and heat and material balances.
• Develop P&IDs, including hydraulic calculations, relief valve sizing, vessel sizing, and design conditions.
• Develop utility and offsites designs and balances for steam, cooling water, air, hot oil, fuel gas, and nitrogen systems.
• Review supplier information that affects process design.
• Follow HSSE requirements, Zero Harm policies, applicable laws, and corporate compliance standards.

Requirements

• BS degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of chemical engineering disciplines.
• Ability to perform under pressure and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Experience in refining, ethylene, petrochemicals, polymers, LNG, or hydrogen is preferred.
