• Consult with clients on succession planning, tax planning, and related business processes.
• Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements.
• Review complex individual and corporate tax returns.
• Perform tax procedures based on engagement size and complexity.
• Develop and train tax professionals.
• Help shape the long-term direction, talent development, and client strategy of the Financial Services Tax practice.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• At least six years of tax experience with a public accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification required; JD or EA may be accepted instead.
• Deep understanding of tax issues affecting banks, insurance companies, investment funds, and specialty finance entities.
• Strong technical knowledge of ASC 740, partnership taxation, REITs, and financial instruments.
