Location: hirify.global Vancouver Campus, Vancouver, BC, Canada

Salary: $6,143.67–$8,830.25 CAD per month

What you will do

  • Maintain consistent, accurate, and up-to-date content across student websites and digital products.
  • Write, edit, structure, and publish usable student-focused content based on user needs and organizational objectives.
  • Lead content audits with campus units and recommend improvements to content standards, processes, and performance.
  • Evaluate web content against accessibility requirements, WCAG guidelines, and the Student Content Style Guide.
  • Coordinate content projects by developing briefs, timelines, milestones, reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, Student Services, Enrolment Services, and the VP Students Office.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and at least four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience leading, writing, editing, and managing content across multiple digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of web content writing, editing, accessibility, and content management practices.
  • Strong project coordination, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, exercise judgment, and collaborate with diverse partners.
  • Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and representing historically, persistently, or equity-seeking student voices.

Nice to have

  • Higher education degree or diploma in Digital Media, Information Design, Information Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, subject matter experts, or clients.
  • Experience training, mentoring, or supervising student staff.
  • Curiosity, initiative, flexibility, and willingness to experiment and innovate.
