TL;DR
QA Engineer Casino (iGaming) (Frontend QA): Ensuring the quality of complex casino product flows across the full development lifecycle with an accent on end-to-end testing, production monitoring, and data-driven quality practices. Focus on designing comprehensive test strategies, investigating incidents through logs and SQL, validating REST APIs, and improving frontend quality with automation and KPI analysis.

What you will do
- Review product requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
- Own the quality strategy for frontend features, end-to-end client flows, and complex business logic.
- Design test plans and strategies, then execute manual and exploratory testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, and backend teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Define and analyze quality KPIs using production data and monitoring tools.
- Monitor live environments, investigate incidents, prevent production defects, and contribute to automation and quality tooling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Frontend QA Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of QA processes, test planning, test design, execution, and strategy.
- Experience testing complex systems, working in Agile/Scrum teams, and performing troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Extensive experience with logging and monitoring systems such as Kibana, Firebase, Logstash, New Relic, TrackJS, or Logmatic.
- Experience with SQL, REST and JSON API testing, Postman, browser debugging tools, and production quality validation.
- Advanced English, written and verbal.
Nice to have
- Experience with test automation.
- Experience testing AI-driven features, machine-learning systems, recommendations, personalization, or prediction logic.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, data quality, bias, and edge cases.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, feature flags, or A/B testing frameworks.
- Experience in gaming, real-time systems, or high-traffic consumer products.
