UI Designer (AI)

hirify.global S.p.A. operates in Information Technology and develops digital interfaces for its products.

What you will do

• Design digital interfaces for hirify.global products from concept definition through final delivery.
• Translate product requirements, UX flows, and complex problems into intuitive, scalable visual solutions.
• Create mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces while defining behaviors, states, and interactions.
• Own visual details including typography, hierarchy, layout, spacing, color, iconography, imagery, and motion.
• Develop and maintain scalable design-system components, patterns, and guidelines across products and platforms.
• Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, developers, and design reviewers to improve and implement solutions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a UI Designer, Product Designer, or in a comparable role, with a focus on digital product visual design.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual quality, problem-solving, and involvement in complex digital products.
• Strong understanding of UI principles, interaction patterns, information architecture, and responsive interface design.
• Advanced Figma skills, including components, variants, Auto Layout, variables, prototyping, and shared libraries.
• Experience with complex design systems, interface states, edge cases, resolutions, platforms, and usage contexts.
• Strong communication, autonomy, ownership, prioritization, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for design exploration, concept generation, prototyping, and production workflows.
• Familiarity with vibe coding or AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.
• Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, and digital accessibility practices.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
