What you will do
- Analyze design and frontend challenges and explain technical decisions.
- Create and review design documents, research reports, RFCs, and ADRs.
- Evaluate design systems, accessibility, and frontend architecture.
- Analyze trade-offs, constraints, and user impact.
- Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design, UX, UI, or frontend engineering.
- Experience with product, UX, and visual design.
- Experience with Figma, design systems, accessibility, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Strong design and technical documentation skills.
- Strong analytical writing, trade-off analysis, attention to detail, and complex information synthesis skills.
