Customer 360 & MDM Data Specialist (Data Governance)

Location: Onsite five days per week in Nashville, Tennessee, United States

Salary: $94,728–$151,572 per year

What you will do

• Operationalize enterprise data governance standards, ownership models, stewardship processes, and governance controls.
• Define and monitor data quality controls, scorecards, KPIs, critical data elements, thresholds, and exception workflows.
• Support Customer 360 and MDM initiatives, including identity resolution, match and merge, survivorship, and Golden Record processes.
• Expand metadata management, data lineage, business glossaries, data catalogs, and governance documentation.
• Modernize governance and data quality operations through workflow automation, Power Platform, Snowflake, APIs, and AI-enabled tools.
• Establish trusted data foundations and controls for AI readiness, provenance, traceability, explainability, and auditability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, data management, MDM, business intelligence, analytics, or information management.
• Experience solving complex data challenges with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience documenting requirements, policies, standards, business rules, controls, and governance processes.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Customer 360, Golden Record, data stewardship, metadata management, or enterprise data strategy.
• Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, GLBA, privacy, compliance, records management, and risk management.
• Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, AI readiness, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Snowflake, Power BI, Python, Informatica, Collibra, Alation, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
