Senior DevOps Engineer / Platform Engineer (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Design, build, automate, and maintain enterprise DevOps and platform engineering solutions.
• Deploy and operate Kubernetes and containerized platforms across AWS, GCP, hybrid-cloud, and on-premises environments.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code, automation, deployment frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Administer Linux systems and support middleware, messaging, web servers, and Java application hosting environments.
• Support highly available production systems through monitoring, observability, incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Operate AI/ML workloads on Kubernetes, including GPU-enabled training and inference infrastructure and MLOps workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong production experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience supporting Spring Boot applications, Apache Kafka or enterprise messaging platforms, Apache Tomcat, and NGINX or Apache web servers.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, alerting, incident management, networking, load balancing, reverse proxies, and SSL/TLS.
• Must work from the Dallas, Texas headquarters in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI/ML applications and GPU-based infrastructure in production.
• Familiarity with MLOps and LLM- or RAG-based application deployment patterns.
• Relevant cloud or Kubernetes certifications.
