Client Services Professional I (Fintech)

Salary: $18.39–$27.62 per hour

What you will do

• Respond to client calls, emails, and correspondence and complete or escalate service requests.
• Support money movement, transfers, payments, account information requests, and client data updates.
• Manage servicing needs within a client portfolio using product knowledge and standard procedures.
• Provide proactive solutions and resolve client issues while maintaining consistent end-to-end service.
• Attend training sessions, team meetings, and manager meetings for coaching and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in client service, operations, or relationship management support.
• At least 1 year of client-facing documentation and services experience.
• Basic expertise across a variety of financial products.
• Understanding of upstream and downstream processes and their impact.
