Construction Management Co-op Rotational Program Spring 2027 (OH)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; field work requires living within a reasonable daily commute to the assigned work location

Program duration: January 2027–May 2027; full-time, 40 hours per week

What you will do

• Complete two to three rotations across Transmission Work Management, Construction Management, and Project Management.
• Support scheduling, strategic oversight of work plans, resource allocation, workforce planning, and construction or maintenance project execution.
• Track construction production and field status to help contractors meet schedule, safety, financial, reliability, and quality goals.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, construction teams, and project managers as a liaison between workgroups.
• Contribute to project lifecycle management, cost control, timeline planning, and cross-departmental coordination.
• Participate in the design and analysis of transmission structures, systems, and facilities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in Construction Management.
• Must not graduate before August 2027.
• Cumulative college GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Must be able to work full-time for the 16-week co-op and perform field work at assigned locations.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States without employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to work around mechanical, electrical, noisy, and other potential hazards; wear required personal protective equipment; and travel to project sites.
