Treasury Management Development Program Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Rotate through sales, product management, and service functions supporting treasury management, merchant services, and business credit card solutions.
• Work with small business and commercial clients across public, private, and government sectors.
• Analyze customer needs, improve cash flow, mitigate payment fraud, and support customer-facing communications.
• Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, lead client and internal meetings, and help onboard new clients.
• Support data analytics and contribute to identifying, prioritizing, and implementing product improvements.
• Manage daily risk and compliance responsibilities in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree.
• No prior professional experience required; this is an entry-level, 12-month development program.
• Strong analytical, verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Interest in financial services and banking, with a client-first approach to sales and service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
