Location: Raritan, New Jersey, United States of America

Salary: $122,000–$212,750 base pay annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement integrated global launch plans, governance frameworks, and operating processes for key oncology brands.
  • Set launch planning standards and embed portfolio best practices across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying interdependencies, risks, decision points, mitigation actions, and acceleration opportunities.
  • Build launch readiness metrics, dashboards, automation-enabled planning tools, and performance management capabilities.
  • Align global and regional stakeholders on launch deliverables, readiness expectations, handoffs, and ways of working.
  • Drive above-brand oncology initiatives and continuous improvement across commercial operations through scalable solutions and measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 5 years of program management and industry operations experience in areas such as business, marketing, supply chain, or product management.
  • Experience leading pre-launch and post-launch planning, integrated roadmaps, or portfolio management in a complex global environment.
  • Experience within or directly supporting a pharmaceutical Commercial organization; oncology experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lead matrixed, global, cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong command of program management platforms, data visualization, dashboards, automation-enabled planning solutions, communication, and presentation.

Nice to have

  • Experience exploring and applying emerging technologies such as AI.
  • Experience building AI literacy and confidence within teams and promoting responsible AI use.
