Senior Technical Account Manager (AI)

Location: Remote from Toronto, Canada, supporting the East Coast Timezone

Compensation: CA$185K–CA$222K OTE annually, plus equity and commission.

What you will do

• Lead customer implementations and deployments of hirify.global solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance throughout the customer journey and troubleshoot production deployments.
• Work with customers on Kubernetes, databases, data synchronization, REST APIs, and complex data movement or integration issues.
• Advise customers on integrating LLM-based tooling and AI agent frameworks into their data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to improve onboarding, qualification, deal cycles, retention, and product capabilities.
• Create technical content, demos, and conference talks showcasing modern AI-ready data architectures.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Account Manager, solutions architect, professional services engineer, or consultant.
• Deep, hands-on Kubernetes experience in production, including troubleshooting workloads, pods, networking, storage, resource allocation, and deployments.
• Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, CDC, replication, data synchronization, REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, and JSON.
• At least 2 years of experience in a startup environment, ideally in modern data infrastructure, cloud applications, databases, ELT tools, or data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience with one or more AI frameworks and strong customer orientation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Must work remotely from Toronto, Canada, with support for the East Coast Timezone.

• Experience with AI agent frameworks and prompt engineering best practices.
