Facilities Technician (Battery Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Maintain compressors, HVAC, and general building systems across office and production facilities.
• Complete daily work requests, task lists, facilities rounds, and equipment checks.
• Troubleshoot facilities systems and provide maintenance support as needed.
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and small construction equipment.
• Manage basic projects and oversee contractors and third-party work.
• Create and implement basic facilities SWIs while collaborating with operations teams on continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience supporting maintenance or production organizations.
• Background in facilities or maintenance and a basic understanding of electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair systems at a high level.
• Ability to use and maintain the tools and equipment required for the role.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs, carry objects over 50 lbs, and walk stairs while carrying weight.
• Self-motivated, hands-on approach with the ability to work across teams and execute multiple tasks with minimal oversight.
