Future Talent - Pre-project Engineer (Food Processing)

What you will do

• Participate in the pre-project preparation of dairy, beverage, ice cream, prepared food, and cheese pre-processing equipment projects.
• Work with the sales team to collect customer requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to build comprehensive and accurate project plans.
• Select optimal technical solutions and define food processing system parameters, flowcharts, equipment lists, and function descriptions.
• Prepare bidding materials, project cost estimates, and budgets.
• Join customer visits and presentations with the sales team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in food science and engineering or a related major.
• Good knowledge of food technology and automation is preferred.
• Knowledge of food and fermentation microorganisms, beverages, cheese, or prepared food is advantageous.
• CET-6 or above and good English communication skills.
• Proficiency in office software, strong communication skills, teamwork, initiative, and a practical approach to technical problem-solving.
