Senior Manager Corporate Audit (Biotechnology)

Salary: $121,695.35–$164,646.65

What you will do

• Oversee execution of the annual non-SOX financial and operational audit plan approved by the Audit Committee.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Audit Managers and Senior Associates delivering independent assurance and consulting services.
• Evaluate Corporate Audit processes, document management systems, controls, and governance.
• Interact with senior and mid-level management during audit engagements.
• Exercise judgment on significant business issues and support special projects.
• Perform minimal travel, expected to be less than 10%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of professional experience in auditing, accounting, finance, compliance, or data analytics.
• Experience with big data, data analytics, data sensing, or automation.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, leadership, and business judgment skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP, the COSO framework, risks, controls, and operational non-SOX audits.
• Advanced certification such as CPA, Chartered Accountant, CIA, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• External audit experience, including Big Four experience, or internal audit experience in a Fortune 500 company.
• Experience with Tableau, UiPath, or Alteryx.
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience.
