TL;DR

Location: 15 Green Street, Melrose, MA, United States; full-time, onsite day shift

Salary: $72,371.94–$90,464.92 annually, based on full-time equivalent

What you will do

  • Facilitate the QAPI process with medical staff, nursing, and ancillary departments.
  • Identify and execute performance improvement and quality opportunities across the hospital system.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data, identifying statistically significant trends and communicating results to stakeholders.
  • Support regulatory readiness, accreditation compliance, Environment of Care rounding, and corrective action follow-up.
  • Educate leaders, medical staff, patient care services, and ancillary departments on compliance activities.
  • Maintain regulatory documentation, Policy Manager information, NetLearning reports, and related readiness records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
  • At least two years of relevant healthcare experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of patient safety principles, clinical terminology, regulatory requirements, process maps, and rapid-cycle improvement techniques.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases such as MS Access, and medical record software.
  • Ability to facilitate multidisciplinary meetings, manage multiple priorities, and work with interprofessional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Three years of Quality Improvement experience.
  • Certified Professional in Health Quality certification or willingness to obtain it within one year of hire.
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or willingness to obtain it within one year of hire.
