What you will do

• Lead the execution and evolution of enterprise-wide initiatives addressing contracted quality measures and related quality programs.
• Build clinical quality improvement capabilities through population health approaches, improvement methodologies, and measurement.
• Partner with clinical, operations, technology, compliance, and finance functions to implement the quality strategic roadmap.
• Guide quality operations teams and market teams in addressing gaps in care and adopting quality capabilities.
• Provide coaching and technical guidance on project design, outcome measure selection, and data interpretation.
• Lead the strategic roadmap and data governance for member eligibility and related membership information.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a healthcare-related field, such as MHA, MBA, MPH, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of healthcare experience leading quality or performance improvement programs with clinical and cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years applying rigorous quality improvement science methodologies.
• Experience with data governance, member or eligibility data management, or related data stewardship, ideally in healthcare or managed care.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across clinical, operations, technology, compliance, and finance.
• Clinical background is a plus.
