Consultant in Energy & Utilities

Location: Antwerp, Belgium; temporary assignments abroad may include France and the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Support transformation projects for clients in the energy and utilities sector.
• Structure and analyze data, conduct benchmarks, and synthesize findings into conclusions.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with client stakeholders.
• Map processes and prepare functional specifications.
• Take on team support responsibilities and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities such as workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0–3 years of consulting experience or a first relevant professional experience.
• Professional fluency in French, Dutch, and English is required.
• Strong interest in energy, data, and AI-related topics.
• Analytical, autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, result-oriented, and committed approach.
• Work permit sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Fluent German.
