Senior Consultant in Financial Services

Location: Brussels, Belgium; temporary assignments abroad may include France and the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Deliver transformation projects for clients in the financial services sector.
• Structure and analyze data, conduct benchmarks, and synthesize findings into conclusions.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, map processes, and prepare functional specifications.
• Take on team leadership responsibilities and coach new hires and junior consultants.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Applied Economics, or Management.
• 3–6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English; Dutch is required.
• Strong interest in financial services, data, and AI-related topics.
• Analytical, autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, collaborative, and results-oriented approach.
• Work permit sponsorship is not available.
