Senior Product Engineer (Electronics)

Location: On-site at least four days per week at hirify.global Center in Maplewood, Minnesota, or Austin, Texas. Travel may include up to 15% domestic and international travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Salary: $124,127–$151,710 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay where eligible.

What you will do

• Manage design change management projects for commercialized display and electronics products.
• Develop technical product knowledge and recommend improvements to performance, quality, service, and cost.
• Lead Product & Process Understanding initiatives and resolve product or process issues.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, regulatory, application engineering, business, clinical, laboratory, quality, suppliers, and plant personnel.
• Write product standards and define specifications for raw materials, in-process controls, and final product testing.
• Support New Project Introduction teams by integrating new products into sustained operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
• At least three years of experience developing or sustaining products in a technical role.
• Experience with change management, root cause analysis, issue resolution, and cross-functional project execution.
• Knowledge of statistical methods such as Design of Experiments, Manufacturing Sampling Plans, Statistical Process Control, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience with relevant tools such as Excel, MiniTab, SAP, PLM Enovia, Solidworks, or AutoCAD.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline.
• Product or manufacturing experience in injection molding, films, lamination, or converting.
• Experience collaborating with laboratory, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing functions.
• Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
