Senior Clinical Scientist (Cosmetics)

What you will do

• Design and oversee clinical studies supporting efficacy claims for natural cosmetic active ingredients.
• Manage external partners and CROs while ensuring scientific quality and timely study execution.
• Plan, prioritize, and monitor projects in line with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Define and implement complementary preclinical and mechanistic approaches, including biomarkers and ex vivo models.
• Analyze clinical and preclinical data to develop consumer benefits and dhirify.globalerentiating claims.
• Communicate scientific results and collaborate across disciplines while maintaining quality, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
• 8–15 years of experience in cosmetic clinical development and claim substantiation.
• Expertise in skincare and/or haircare efficacy evaluation.
• Experience managing CROs and coordinating clinical studies in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of clinical and preclinical methodologies, scientific and data analysis tools, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English are required.
