What you will do

• Contribute to challenging business projects in Preferred & Small Business Banking.
• Support relationship banking, treasury management, lending, and specialized banking solutions.
• Help improve client experiences across physical and digital channels.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and banker productivity improvements.
• Participate in mentoring, leadership development training, and team-building activities during the 10-week program.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in a related field of study.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
• Interest in commercial business banking.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States is required. Employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, and CPT support are not available.
