What you will do

• Ensure compliance with DCSA requirements, NISPOM, SEAD 3/4, and related federal security directives.
• Manage personnel security processes, including clearance submissions, investigations, and reinvestigations through DISS and NBIS.
• Conduct self-inspections, internal audits, and preparation for DCSA reviews and inspections.
• Oversee the secure handling, transmission, and storage of classified information in SCIF environments.
• Develop security awareness training and maintain required security records and documentation.
• Support the Insider Threat Program and coordinate security matters with government representatives, internal departments, and clients.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Facility Security Officer.
• Facility Security Officer certification.
• Knowledge of DCSA compliance, NISP, SEAD 3/4, national security clearance processes, foreign travel reporting, and government security directives.
• Working knowledge of DISS, NBIS, and other clearance management systems.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SIMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAPF compliance.
