VIP Service Agent (Aviation)

What you will do

• Handle VIP, CIP, Khaas/Exclusive, and Residence bookings, enquiries, ticket issuance, and re-issuance.
• Manage redemption bookings and Etihad Guest enquiries for the designated customer circle.
• Coordinate special requests such as charter flights and helicopter services with relevant service delivery areas.
• Manage guests’ complete travel journeys across the Etihad network and build strong relationships with service delivery teams.
• Make immediate service recovery decisions and resolve major and minor travel experience issues.
• Manage guest email queues, shift reports, task handovers, travel preferences, and booking data confidentiality.

Requirements

• At least secondary-level education or high school graduation.
• Three years of contact centre experience with strong customer service skills.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• Reservation and ticketing courses are preferred.
