Customer Service Specialist (Sustainable Packaging)

What you will do

• Receive and process purchase orders, converting them into sales orders in Oracle.
• Issue purchase orders to the factory and follow up on confirmations and order status.
• Track and manage customer orders and provide regular status reports.
• Oversee returns, manage customer claims, and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with commercial teams and customers on monthly forecasts.
• Maintain item, customer, and vendor master data and develop Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in customer service and order management.
• Ability to coordinate with customers, factories, commercial teams, and other stakeholders.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and process consistency.
• Ability to communicate order information clearly and proactively.
