Officer - Virtual Business Support (Banking)

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for customers using the virtual branch.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Follow banking policies and controls to protect the virtual bank from financial and non-financial loss.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports under service-level agreements and escalate inconsistencies.
• Manage and motivate the team in identifying and implementing change initiatives.
• Deliver consistent service to customers and stakeholders while following operational procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• High school degree in a related subject.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bilingual English and Arabic communication skills required.
• Customer-service orientation, self-motivation, and the ability to multitask.
• UAEN-only position based in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
