What you will do

• Manage complex Global Capital Markets client relationships and daily account administration.
• Monitor operational systems, cash flows, fee billing, reporting, controls, and risk-related activities.
• Review legal documents and agreements, coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Audit, attorneys, and financial advisors.
• Structure and close transactions, participate in sales calls, prepare fee proposals, and develop client opportunities.
• Represent Global Capital Markets at transaction closings, client meetings, presentations, and departmental projects.
• Direct, mentor, and supervise Relationship Managers and Client Administrators while supporting staffing and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets, or 7 years of combined higher education and work experience including 3 years in the field.
• High proficiency with personal computers and relevant software.
• High proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Knowledge of corporate structures, relevant laws, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, strategic thinking, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Work from the Costa Mesa, California location.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of supervisory or work leadership experience.
• CCTS certification.
• Working knowledge of specialized internal software applications.
• Demonstrated ownership of jobs or projects.
