Operational Purchaser (w/m/d)

Location: Regen, Germany. Temporary full-time position initially limited to two years as a parental leave replacement.

What you will do

• Manage purchasing administration, inquiries, and order processing.
• Maintain master data and procurement systems.
• Handle supplier complaints and verify invoices.
• Monitor deadlines and track order progress.
• Negotiate prices in day-to-day purchasing activities.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience.
• Good technical understanding of mechanics, electronics, or optics.
• Confident communication, assertiveness, and strong negotiation skills with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Teamwork, commitment, and initiative.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP Module MM.
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English.
