Squad Lead / Scrum Master, Brazil

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional squad of developers, designers, and business analysts.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate day-to-day squad activities, project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor productivity, identify improvement opportunities, and implement changes to strengthen delivery.
• Manage dependencies with other squads and teams and oversee production release management requirements.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, diversity, and creativity within the squad.

Requirements

• English communication is required for close collaboration with international clients.
• Proven leadership experience in an Agile or Scrum environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to motivate team members and work with diverse client stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools and Agile software development practices.

Nice to have

• Agile or Scrum Master certification.
