Field Service Engineer (Spain Center)

Location: Bilbao-Derio, Spain; the role is field-based and may cover Madrid or the Central Spain area, with travel and overnight stays for up to 7 days per month.

What you will do

• Manage and perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and commissioning for customer equipment.
• Review work orders, prepare the required materials, and travel to customer sites.
• Communicate with customers, perform service activities, and provide feedback on completed work.
• Prepare service reports and close work orders.
• Generate leads to support business growth and deliver a strong customer service experience.

Requirements

• Availability to travel and stay overnight for up to 7 days per month on average.
• Ability to work in Spain, with the role based in Bilbao-Derio and covering Madrid or the Central Spain area.
• English communication skills for telephone and email communication.
• Knowledge of electronics.
